G41J Rubber lined Diaphragm Valve Introduction: G41J Rubber lined Diaphragm Valve is a special form of valve with a shut-off function. Its shut-off component consists of a steel valve disc and a diaphragm made of soft materials (rubber and fluoroplastic composite), which separates the valve body cavity from the valve cover cavity to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium inside the pipe.
Structural characteristics of rubber lined diaphragm valve
1. The composite diaphragm valve separates the lower inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a direct flow channel with it, completely isolating the valve stem, valve disc and other internal components of the upper part of the diaphragm from the medium, eliminating the need for packing sealing structure, and avoiding both internal and external leakage of the medium;
2. Valves with Teflon fluoroplastic lining layer and diaphragm composed of FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastic and synthetic rubber are suitable for various highly corrosive media except for "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine".
3. As an actuator, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, and should be replaced regularly depending on the working conditions and characteristics of the medium.
